Stuffed Apples and Bananas

Stuffed Apples and Bananas

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple or banana
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon granola
  • 2 tablespoon raisins

 

Directions:

Stuffed Apple:

  1. Wash the apple.
  2. Cut the apple in half and scoop out the core.
  3. Fill the core with 1 tablespoon peanut butter, granola and raisins.

 

Stuffed Banana:

  1. Peel banana and make a lengthwise, shallow slice (don’t cut the banana completely in half).
  2. Carefully open up the banana to create a sort of vessel.
  3. Inside the banana, spoon the peanut butter and gently spread along the length of the vessel.
  4. With your fingers, place the raisins on top, gently pressing them into the peanut butter.
  5. Sprinkle granola over the top.
