Stuffed Apples and Bananas

Ingredients:
- 1 apple or banana
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon granola
- 2 tablespoon raisins
Directions:
Stuffed Apple:
- Wash the apple.
- Cut the apple in half and scoop out the core.
- Fill the core with 1 tablespoon peanut butter, granola and raisins.
Stuffed Banana:
- Peel banana and make a lengthwise, shallow slice (don’t cut the banana completely in half).
- Carefully open up the banana to create a sort of vessel.
- Inside the banana, spoon the peanut butter and gently spread along the length of the vessel.
- With your fingers, place the raisins on top, gently pressing them into the peanut butter.
- Sprinkle granola over the top.
