Ingredients:
- 6 cups old-fashion rolled oats
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup whole almonds
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ½ cup wheat germ
- ½ cup bran (wheat or oat)
- ½ cup canola oil
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Spray an edged baking sheet (jelly roll pan) with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Spread granola mixture evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Allow to cook on baking sheet.
- Store in an airtight container.
