Almond Granola

Almond Granola

Servings: 16

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups old-fashion rolled oats
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup whole almonds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • ½ cup bran (wheat or oat)
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Spray an edged baking sheet (jelly roll pan) with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Spread granola mixture evenly on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  6. Allow to cook on baking sheet.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
