Nutty Yogurt and Fruit Parfaits

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons diced dried mango slices
  • 2 cups granola
  • 4 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 2 cups banana slices
  • 2 cups nonfat or low-fat vanilla yogurt

 

Directions:

  1. Combine mango, granola and pecans in a medium-size bowl.
  2. In each cup or bowl, layer 6 banana slices, 1/8 cup granola mixture, and 1/8 cup yogurt.
  3. Repeat two times.
