Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups soft tofu
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until well blended and smooth.
- Cover and chill for at least two hours.
- Use as a dip for sliced apples, bananas, pears, strawberries, or your favorite fruit.
