Yummy Fruit Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups soft tofu
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until well blended and smooth.
  2. Cover and chill for at least two hours.
  3. Use as a dip for sliced apples, bananas, pears, strawberries, or your favorite fruit.
