Turkey Wraps

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 8 thin slices turkey
  • 4 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup mashed avocado

 

Directions:

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on each of the tortillas.
  2. Top each tortilla with two turkey slices and ¼ cup of each of the vegetables.
  3. Roll up each tortilla and eat with your hands.
  4. If you’re packing a lunch, wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap.
