Ingredients:
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 8 thin slices turkey
- 4 tablespoons light cream cheese
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup chopped black olives
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup mashed avocado
Directions:
- Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on each of the tortillas.
- Top each tortilla with two turkey slices and ¼ cup of each of the vegetables.
- Roll up each tortilla and eat with your hands.
- If you’re packing a lunch, wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap.
