Turkey Loaf

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pound ground turkey
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 /4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup canned tomato sauce
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce.
- Spread mixture into loaf pan.
- Spoon tomato sauce over top of loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
