Turkey Loaf

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 /4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup canned tomato sauce

 

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce.
  3. Spread mixture into loaf pan.
  4. Spoon tomato sauce over top of loaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
