Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ pound ground turkey
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans

 

Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan, brown turkey and onion until turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
