Tuna Tomato Bowls

Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 cans chunk light tuna, packed in water
- 2 sticks celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 finely chopped granny smith apple
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Wash tomatoes and cut a slice off the top.
- Scoop out the insides of the tomatoes with a small spoon.
- Drain tuna and mix with celery, mayonnaise, apple and walnuts.
- Fill tomatoes with tuna mixture. If you have extra tuna mixture, serve on the side and scoop up with whole grain crackers.
