Super Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients:
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 finely chopped apple
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Toast bread and place on cookie sheet.
- Mix the cottage cheese with the apple, raisins, and walnuts and spread on the toast slices.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the cottage cheese mixture.
- Broil until the cheese and cinnamon sugar is melted, about three minutes.
