Ingredients:
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- seasoned rice vinegar
- olive oil
Directions:
- Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
- Add drained oranges and slivered almonds.
- Sprinkle with vinegar and olive oil and toss to mix.
