Spinach and Orange Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • seasoned rice vinegar
  • olive oil

 

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
  2. Add drained oranges and slivered almonds.
  3. Sprinkle with vinegar and olive oil and toss to mix.
