Smoked Salmon Snack Rolls

Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons of low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 4 8-inch spinach- or vegetable-flavored flour tortillas
Directions:

In a small bowl, combine cream-cheese, chili powder and cumin.

Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.

Spread 2 ounces smoked salmon and ¼ cup baby spinach leaves over each tortilla.

Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap individual rolls with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, then slice each tortilla roll into bite-size pieces, about 8 per roll.
