Smoked Salmon Snack Rolls

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 8 tablespoons of low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 4 8-inch spinach- or vegetable-flavored flour tortillas

 

 

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine cream-cheese, chili powder and cumin.

  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.

  3. Spread 2 ounces smoked salmon and ¼ cup baby spinach leaves over each tortilla.

  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap individual rolls with plastic wrap.

  5. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, then slice each tortilla roll into bite-size pieces, about 8 per roll.
