Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 1 cup vanilla soy yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

 

Directions:

  1. Place pumpkin pie spice in blender, cover with soymilk and add yogurt.
  2. Blend until ingredients are combined.
  3. Add frozen banana slices and pumpkin puree and blend for 1 minute.
  4. Add ice cubes and continue to blend until smooth.
