Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups skim milk
- 4 scoops non-fat chocolate frozen yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
- Place spices in blender first, cover with milk and add frozen yogurt.
- Blend until ingredients are combined.
- Add ice cubes and continue to blend until smooth.
