Mexican Chocolate Milkshakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 4 scoops non-fat chocolate frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes

 

Directions:

  1. Place spices in blender first, cover with milk and add frozen yogurt.
  2. Blend until ingredients are combined.
  3. Add ice cubes and continue to blend until smooth.
