Kale Smoothies

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 8 frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- ¾ cup apple juice
Directions:
- Break the bananas into smaller chunks (this is easy to do with your hands).
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes. Blend this for longer than you would other smoothies or milkshakes so that you are sure to get the kale thoroughly pureed.
- Pour into 4 cups and enjoy!
