Kale Smoothies

Kale Smoothies

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 8 frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ¾ cup apple juice

 

Directions:

  1. Break the bananas into smaller chunks (this is easy to do with your hands).
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes. Blend this for longer than you would other smoothies or milkshakes so that you are sure to get the kale thoroughly pureed.
  3. Pour into 4 cups and enjoy!
