Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic

 

Directions:

  1. Put ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Use as dip for crackers, raw veggies, pita triangles or add to sandwiches.
