Frozen Banana Shake

Frozen Banana Shake

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

 

Directions:

  1. Peel banana and place in a freezer bag. Freeze for at least 3 hours (longer is okay).
  2. While still in the bag, break the frozen banana into 4 chunks.
  3. Place the banana chunks into the blender, add the vanilla and almond milk.
  4. Blend for 1-2 minutes, until it reaches the consistency of a milkshake.
