Frozen Banana Shake

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
Directions:
- Peel banana and place in a freezer bag. Freeze for at least 3 hours (longer is okay).
- While still in the bag, break the frozen banana into 4 chunks.
- Place the banana chunks into the blender, add the vanilla and almond milk.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes, until it reaches the consistency of a milkshake.
