Cranberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups washed baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pecans
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 4 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette dressing

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large plastic bowl with a lid.
  2. Place lid on bowl and shake to thoroughly combine ingredients.
  3. Divide the salad onto two plates.
