Ingredients:
Salad:
- 2 grapefruit, peeled and cut into discs
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 3 tangerines, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon apple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, poppy seeds, apple juice and olive oil to make a dressing for the salad.
- Place the grapefruit, orange, tangerine and mandarin oranges in a large bowl and toss with the dressing.
