Coleslaw with Radishes

Ingredients:
Slaw:
- ½ small head cabbage, grated
- 1 carrot, scrubbed or peeled, and grated
- 4 radishes, scrubbed, trimmed, and grated or finely chopped
- ¼ bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 stick celery, finely chopped
Dressing:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
- Mix the dressing ingredients.
- Mix the vegetables.
- Toss the vegetables with the dressing.
- This can be made ahead of time and chilled in the refrigerator.
