Coleslaw with Radishes

Ingredients:

Slaw:

  • ½ small head cabbage, grated
  • 1 carrot, scrubbed or peeled, and grated
  • 4 radishes, scrubbed, trimmed, and grated or finely chopped
  • ¼ bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 stick celery, finely chopped

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

 

Directions:

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients.
  2. Mix the vegetables.
  3. Toss the vegetables with the dressing.
  4. This can be made ahead of time and chilled in the refrigerator.
