California Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 4 pre-made turkey burgers
  • 1/8 cup salsa
  • 1/8 fat-free ranch dressing
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 4 large tomato slices

 

Directions:

  1. Grill turkey burgers according to package directions.
  2. While the burgers are cooking, mix together the salsa and ranch dressing.
  3. Spread this mixture on the tops and bottoms of all hamburger buns.
  4. On the top of the buns, place the tomato and lettuce slices.
  5. On the bottoms of the buns, place the alfalfa sprouts and avocado slices.
  6. When the burgers are finished cooking, place one burger on each bun.
