Berry Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- ¾ cup low-fat milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup unbleached white flour
- 1 ¼ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oats
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease bottom only of an 9” loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, milk, oil and eggs.
- Stir in dry ingredients and beat 30 seconds.
- Fold in blueberries and pour into pan.
- Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan to cool completely on wire rack.
