Baked Banana Snacks

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- cooking spray oil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Peel the bananas and slice into very thin (~1/8 inch) slices.
- Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with oil.
- Spread the banana slices out across the foil and spray the slices with a little more oil.
- Combine the cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a small bowl.
- Using a spoon, sprinkle half of the mixture evenly over the slices.
- Flip the slices over and sprinkle the other half of the mixture evenly over the slices.
- Cook for approximately 15 minutes, until the chips are slightly brown around the edges.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, and then peel the slices from the foil.
