Apple Cider Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 packet of apple cider powdered drink mix
  • 1/3 cup dry oatmeal
  • 1/2 of your favorite type of apple, chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/8 cup walnuts

 

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the apple cider mix and the dry oats, stir well and reduce heat to medium.
  3. Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in apple pieces, raisins and walnuts.
  5. Cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix well.
