Three Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- 4 slices of American Cheese
- 4 slices of Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices of Swiss Cheese
- 2 green apples, thinly sliced
- Minimal butter
Directions:
- Spread a very small amount of butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place slices on a pre-heated grill.
- On one side of sandwich, place one slice of American cheese and one slice of Cheddar cheese. On the other side, place one slice of Swiss cheese and 1/4 of the apple slices.
- Allow to cook until cheese begins to melt.
- Assemble sandwiches.
