Three Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 4 slices of American Cheese
  • 4 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices of Swiss Cheese
  • 2 green apples, thinly sliced
  • Minimal butter

 

Directions:

  1. Spread a very small amount of butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Place slices on a pre-heated grill.
  3. On one side of sandwich, place one slice of American cheese and one slice of Cheddar cheese. On the other side, place one slice of Swiss cheese and 1/4 of the apple slices.
  4. Allow to cook until cheese begins to melt.
  5. Assemble sandwiches.
