Nutrition officials recommend cutting sugar intake to no more than 5% of your daily calories.

The UK's Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) just published a report summarizing the negative health effects associated with high sugar intakes, including obesity and dental caries. Within this report, they also recommend that we limit our sugar intakes to no more than 5% of our daily caloric intake. Read more on the Guardian.
Moms love Target's new breast-feeding policy

Target's new breast-feeding policy has moms talking - the policy states that moms shopping at Target should be allowed to breast-feed their babies anywhere in Target stores. Moms should also be given a changing room to breast-feed in, if desired, even if there is a line. Read more on USA Today.
